It was 2004 when Denise first stepped into the world of papercrafts and art journaling. Some years later, she entered the arena of textile art when a dear friend, Karen Ives, invited her along to her weekly sewing club.
Karen’s invitation was initially met with the response “But I can’t sew”.
Since then, Denise has been tutored by many established textile art tutors such as Anne Kelly, Cas Holmes, Wendy Dolan, Alexandra Waylett, Vanda Campbell, Debbie Lyddon, Karen herself and many, many more.
Now, whilst feeling extremely privileged to have been invited to join 02 Textiles Group in 2023, the creative journey continues.
