Ramster Embroidery Exhibition 2013
Exhibition at Ramster near Chiddingfold, Surrey
Ramster is very well known for its prestigious bi-annual Embroidery Exhibition. Now in its thirteenth year, the Ramster Embroidery & Textile Art Exhibition was open from the
29th March to 11 April 2013, from 10am to 5pm.
Entrance to the Exhibition was £5.50.
This exceptionally popular exhibition was full of beautiful and inspiring pieces of work, and is one of the largest displays of contemporary embroidery in the country, with over 250 pieces of work by leading artists from all over the country, and attracts over 2000 visitors. The exhibition is hung in the stunning Jacobean Hall and Great Drawing Room by an expert team from the Embroiderers Guild.
In addition, there were numerous greetings cards, postcards and unframed cradle pieces for sale.
Many members of OTT displayed examples of their work as part of this prestigious Exhibition
